Tuesday morning we packed up the van and got an early start for Minneapolis.
First stop: Culver's for butter burgers, cheese curds and frozen custard. Tatum has a goal of eating at all the regional fast food favorites...
Our second stop was another regional favorite: Quik Trip. And since they had donuts, we had to try one. Not bad. :)
We still had a bit of time to kill before we could check into our VRBO, so we stopped at this park near the house and checked out the mighty Mississippi River...
After we got unpacked and donned our baseball apparel, we made one more stop for dinner at a fantastic Vietnamese restaurant. The food and the cocktails were both delicious!
Then we went to Target Field and we all went to our very first Twin's game...
Even though the Twin's lost the game, we still had a really good time!
