We decided to spend the hottest day of the week at Boulder Beach Water Park. Even just seeing it over the wall made me excited to go!
Apparently so did everyone else... Even though we got there an hour early the line to get in was crazy long and once the gates opened it was an absolute race to get lounge chairs for the day!
I spent the week before we left sewing a few new swimsuits and this was its maiden voyage...
We did all the big slides before the lines got too long! So many fun ones! I don't know if I could pick a favorite. We also did quite a few circuits on the lazy river with some drinks from the swim-up bar. I know the pictures make it look empty but that was because we took all of our pics 5 minutes before closing. It was actually PACKED!!!
We had heard that the water rides at Silverwood get you absolutely SOAKED! So we wandered over while we were still in our swimsuits. It was a good thing because they were right!!!
After the water park closed we got dressed and rode the carousel before heading out to eat before going back to sleep. And we slept good!
