The Hobbit Premier

While the boys have been to a few midnight premiers, this was my very first one. And since seeing The Hobbit at Cinetopia on a 75-foot screen in 3D with Dolby Atmos sound in 48 fps just wasn’t enough we went to Denny’s for dinner for their Hobbit menu!

I don’t know if it was the we’re-on-our-way-to-see-The Hobbit adrenaline rush or if the cooks were really good, but the food was DELICIOUS!!! :o)

We arrived at Cinetopia about 3 1/2 hours early and it was a good thing we did! There were already quite a few people in line when we arrived!

this was nothing! I should have taken another shot about an hour later!!!

But we brought books, and games and knitting and had lots of fun while we waited!

  

 

You know you have chosen the right theater when even the owner of all the Cinetopia theaters is behind you in line! :o)

See! I was meant to be a hobbit! LOL

When we finally got in, we got pretty good seats with easy in and out access and plenty of leg room!

Needless to say, the movie was amazing!!! It was so lifelike that it was just like actually being in Middle Earth! I can’t wait for part two…
