Yesterday was our family Christmas in Seattle. The weather was perfect for the drive, too! Which was so nice in the midst of a rainy week.
We had a great time just visiting and catching up with everyone! I enjoyed talking with the girls about crafting and cooking (two of my favorite things to talk about). It was fun for me to listen to the guys gab about movies and video games, too.
It’s fun when you realize how well people know you when you open the gifts… Everyone got stuff that they love! Will got stuff that he ADORES and all three boys are still enjoying them today!!! Can you guess what he got??? :o)
Uncle Tom even made Will’s card out of Legos!
All the boys got these really cool finger flashlights
Ben got “handerpants” (underwear for your hands) from his dad. And we thought underwear was a lame gift… LOL
Andy loves his LOTR poster from Tom!!! He even came home and researched it on the internet…
Margaret made Tom this gorgeous Chinese take-out quilt!
The mini-figure headlamp made it even easier to look through his new box of Legos!
As much as I want to make this, I don’t think I can take it out of the original 1977 packaging! Love it!!!
The back says “With a big ugly stick!” (with a picture of the cross) AWESOME!
Grandma and Ben knew what Will’s favorite books would be… He’s already read through them about 10 times! :o)
This gift was not only beautiful but full of fun things for me!
What every teenage boy needs… a set of four Chinese throwing stars! I think Andy is a bit jealous…
Everyone enjoyed Will’s gift!
Thanks for the fun party Grandma Leslie! We had a wonderful time!!! What a blessing family is!
