On Thursday, we picked up Chris’ friend Mark in Long Beach. After he was done with his job there, he joined us for a couple of days at Disney. We were now a party of six, which meant we took up our very own car on the Matterhorn and no one had to be by themselves on a ride.
No one else wanted a picture with Minnie. :o(
But everyone was ok with Mater and “Speed”
After a bit of fun in the park, we took Mark downtown and let Will go to the Lego store. He was not disappointed!
And so many BIG things!
And scary things!
But Zack wasn’t scared!
Even robot-y things!
And slither-y things!
Even beautiful things!
We had enough shopping, so we went back to rides!
Our jungle guide was pretty funny!
This time I got SOAKED on Splash Mountain! And walking around in wet denim at night is NOT fun!!!
Thankfully, God blessed us with SPECTACULAR weather!!!
I stopped to take a pic of the pirate band and noticed I was standing next to Bob Lundin! It really IS a small world!!!
Big Thunder Mountain Railroad! The “wildest ride in the wilderness”!!!
The Tower of Terror! Again…
Will is calculating his weight in tortillas!
With our blue section tickets in hand we went down to the pier to wait for the World of Color show. While the view was much better, seats would have been nice…
It is amazing what Disney can do with some water and lights!!!
And there marks the end of another magical day!
