Ringing in 2013

Maybe a better title would be “Booming in 2013”…

This year Steven brought a whole lotta fireworks to the New Year’s party at church. Ok, so we brought quite a few, too. I can’t help it! ;o)

We were a bit concerned earlier in the day about whether or not we’d be able to have the party. We got unexpected snow! Yay!!!

I hope it’s just the first of many snow days!!!

But the roads were fine and the party went as scheduled. We had quite a few people come (including youth group kids for the lock-in) and had a very fun evening!

We played games, laughed, ate, talked and shot off fireworks… Of course!!!

There was also a few snowball fights…

And a pretty serious snowball fight! :o)

At midnight we popped open the “crackers” we made the night before at Family Nite!
