We needed some sunshine and warmer temps (and beaches), so we loaded up the van and headed south on Highway 101. The first day started and ended with sunshine and we made it all the way to Crescent City, California. And we made a few stops along the way, including a crab sandwich in Bandon, Oregon. Unfortunately, we had to stay in a KOA our first night. Not any rest stops on the 101... :(
