The day started with a leisurely breakfast at a little cafe down the street from where we were staying...
Our second day in the Twin Cities was about seeing some of the sights, and mostly the sights inside the Mall of America. We did a bit of wandering through some of our favorites shops and checking out the M&M and Lego stores...
I have to say, Nickelodeon Universe has some pretty great rides for an indoor theme park! :)
We also had a bit of mediocre fast food and mochi donuts to fuel our day of amusement park rides...
It also fueled a short easy walk around Minnehaha Falls...
Our last stop for the day was the highly recommended O'Shaughnessy Distilling Co. Everything we had
was delicious (smoked brie, bourbon steak bites...)
But our favorite was the Irish Spice Bag: french fries, chicken tenders, Irish white cheddar cheese curds,
pickled onions, bourbon pickled fresnos, scallions, and chili threads all tossed with a curry sauce. Yum!
