This year was our church’s second Ladies’ Tea! It was a huge success!!! There were 73 ladies of all ages there, from 1 to 99!!!
JD was the only male in the whole building :o)
We had 10 gorgeous tables hosted by various ladies at the church. All the centerpieces were given away as prizes to one of the ladies at the table.

Not only were the tables beautiful but the food was delicious! God richly blessed us with several wonderful ladies who provided us with many yummy treats! We had cranberry-oranges scones with Devonshire cream & jam, mini quiches, chicken salad & cucumber sandwiches, fresh fruit, molasses cookies, bon bons, and chocolate-dipped strawberries. (I so wish I had taken a picture of the food!)
We also had some of the ladies sing or play for us. Shawna sang “You Lift Me Up” and then sang “Set the World on Fire” with her daughter Evy. Tia sang “Somebody’s Hero” and made everyone cry. And Elaina played a lovely piece on her flute.

this is Elaina playing at church on Sunday because I forgot to take her picture at the tea :o)
Maggie didn’t sing at the tea, but I’ll probably ask her to next year
I am already looking forward to next year’s tea, but I’m not sure where we’ll put everyone??? LOL
